Pronounce the letters having Mustaliyah sifah (attribute) Rounded or Full Mouthed
such as the English words Raw and Saw. The back of the tougue raises
towards the pallette. Letters having opposing sifah are called Mustafilah. The back
of the tongue is not raised.
